Upon credit approval, each order paid in full will be prepared to be shipped on the following business day. No deposits are required.

We accept cheques and money orders. Orders are shipped immediately after these payments have been received and cleared. No exceptions. Clearing a US cheque can take up to 15 business days.

Delivery times vary according to shipping origin and destination and the availability of the products. In general please allow 1 - 4 weeks delivery on all in stock items excluding weekends and holidays.

If delivery of a handcrafted wood sculpture would be delayed because of an out-of-stock situation, which doesn't occur often, we will contact you via e-mail stating an approximate time of availability and delivery.

HomeDecorCountry.com will not be held responsible for any damage which you could have undergone because of an out-of-stock situation.

The majority of our products ship via Canada Post - Expedited and have included insurance coverage up to $100.00. Most deliveries are received within 4 business days in Canada and by 11 business days in the US.

Our Blankets ship via UPS ground in the United States and Canada Post within Canada and can be received as soon as 5 business days!
