The manufacturers and artisans of the products featured on HomeDecorCountry.com stand 100% behind their products. If there should be a manufacturer's defect in any product, and although our products are substantially packaged, if you should need to return a package that arrives damaged it must be done within seven (7) days after receiving it in the original packaging along with the invoice and the order number. The products could then be replaced or exchanged for an equal value item. Customer must assume the cost of shipping and handling on the return of an item.

If you should be unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund simply return the product within 30 days of purchase with the receipt to the address below and a refund of the products sale price will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable. Customer must also assume the cost of shipping the returned item.
