Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Payment Options

 -    Our wood sculptures ship out only on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's

Q:  What is the waiting period for delivery?

A:  Please allow one (1) to four (4) weeks for delivery excluding weekends and holidays.  Delivery times may vary with package origin and destination as well as product availability.  Most parcels arrive in 4 business days in Canada and within 10 business days in the US excluding weekends and holidays. 

Q:  Who do you use for shipping?

A:  We use mainly Canada Post - Expedited Shipping within Canada and to the United States.  Our blankets ship via UPS to the United States.

Q:  What types of payment options do you have?

A:  Purchases can be made through our secure and encrypted credit card processor through Optimal Payments as well as by cheque or money order.  Products ordered by cheque or money order will not be shipped until the payment has been received and cleared.  No exceptions.  See contact us page for mailing address.

Q:  How do I return an item?

A:  If a package should arrive damaged or if there should be a manufactures defect return the product in it's original packaging along with the invoice within seven (7) days and we will replace or exchange the item of equal value.  Be sure to use the same carrier.  Home Decor Country will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customer must assume return shipping costs.

Q:  What if I want a refund?

A:  If you decide to choose a refund instead of a replacement or exchange return the product in it's original packaging along with the invoice within thirty (30) days.  Be sure to use the same carrier.  Home Decor Country will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once we receive the package we will provide a refund minus the initial shipping and return shipping costs.

Wood Sculpture Information

 -    Each work of art in our series of wood sculptures is signed by the artist/manufacturer.  These products ship on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's

Q:  What kind of wood are the sculptures made from?

A:  The large sculptures are all handcrafted from white pine and the smaller ones are handcrafted from basswood.

Q:  Do the waterfowl mobiles come with any hanging materials?

A:  Yes, a small eye hook is inserted into the top of the hanging sculpture and approximately 16" of clear line is attached so it is ready for hanging.
